Public Warehousing
MTW Public Warehousing is designed to be flexible to meet your storage needs, on a month-to-month basis. We provide warehousemen and lift trucks for inside and outside handling of palletized, bundled/bulk industrial and commercial commodities, across our warehouses and between trucks and railcars. Our expansive warehouses are secure, heated, sprinkled and well lit. Pallet racking is available for fragile goods and full selectivity.

For our customer’s production schedules, MTW Public Warehousing provides additional flexible space, freeing up plant space for increased production capacity.

Inbound Materials
MTW can be utilized as your “forward placed’’ warehouse, turning your long distance supply chain to just the quantities you need reliably delivered daily, ‘’just in time’’. MTW as your Agent, inspects all goods received against Carrier’s Bill of Lading (and Shipping Manifest if available) for any Overages, Shortages or obvious Damage (OS&D). Thereafter, we securely store our Customers' Goods until our Customers' Release From Storage.

Finished Goods Storage
Oftentimes our Customers' production build up to seasonal sales may begin many months before any releases to market. In this situation, a finished goods origin-side warehouse maintains closer controls and better options.

Contract Warehousing
MTW Contract Warehousing is typically for Customers that need longer term, defined areas and desire to operate their own space. Contracts typically run from one to five years or more. We’ve written long term contracts from as low as 5,000 square feet, to over 100,000 square feet. MTW enhances our Contract Customers efficiencies with MTW Spotting Services, Storage Trailer Services and additional Lift Truck Services.
